I’m Shannon. A certified habit coach. It wasn’t a straight line to coaching. 20 years in corporate, raising two boys and a lifetime of personal development. I’ve been trained in the science and I’ve developed a simple habit system that works.
My goal is to coach you to the point where you flex your habit muscles enough that it’s easy to keep them going. You can coach yourself. That’s my dream for you!
